Collaborative Africa for Legislative and Public Finance Management (CALPI) is a consulting firm offering a comprehensive range of legislative and public finance management (PFM) services to our clientele across Kenya and the Eastern Africa region.
CALPI has specialized in providing relevant training and capacity-building programs on legislative and (PFM). It also provides evidence-based legislative data and trends covering regional legislatures in Africa. Our target clients are Parliaments, County Assemblies, Ministries, Departments, and other key agencies, as well as relevant non-state actors, through technical and collaborative mechanisms, capacity building, research services, and exchange forums to entrench best practices and spur innovation.
CALPI, as a primary training entity, aims at giving quality and personalized services to its clients on the specifics covering legislation and oversight, including strengthening procedural and public finance management practices and technical know-how.
